What is it?
Unlike traditional pre-orders, each item offered through our pre-order has already been purchased from our supplier and secured before being made available to you.
How is this different?
We do not collect money from our customers hoping that our supplier will actually have the required inventory to fulfill those orders.
No supplier risk pushed onto our customer.
Why are we doing this?
More consistent availability — Pre-orders help us reduce the peaks and valleys of inventory — keeping products accessible without long sold-out gaps.
Better understanding of what you love — Early demand helps guide our decisions, showing us which styles our community is truly gravitating toward as we continue to grow.
A calmer, fairer release experience — Pre-orders reward early customers and remove the pressure of drop-day frenzy, giving you a smoother, more intentional way to shop.
How do I know which items can be pre-ordered?

Pre-order Inventory Cap
Pre-orders are only available on select items and quantities are capped based on what’s arriving, with extra inventory held back for quality control and exchanges.
What if my order is a mix of in stock + pre-order items?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, in-stock items will ship first.
Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our facility.
You’ll receive separate shipping confirmations for each portion of your order.
